Be careful when depositing your money with Hollwood Bets you might not get it Back?

Hollybets I have to to unbelievably, unprofessional and helpless.

Made a deposit of R50 on their peach platform, money was out of my accounts minutes later however not credited into my Hollywood Bets accounts.

Sent a follow up email, chat including 45mintes of airtime to resolve my matter.

24hours later still not resolved, no sign of when it will be resolved and no feedback to clients when their accounts will be credited.

If I can name a suggestion if you are having difficulties with a certain payment platform, disable it and advice clients have technical issues. Clients time, airtime, emails and money is been wasted on Hollywood Bets and no sign or indications that Hollywood's Bets cares or is doing anything to resolve their issues.

Another suggestion fund the ients accounts imminently as they have given you all the relevant proof. You can follow up later and get all procedures followed up later. If there is any ***** block the clients accounts.

The client can continue with there life instead we must be wasting our time doing all these time wasting procedures as Hollwood Bets is useless.

Very dissatisfied with Hollywood Bets deposit Accounts Department.

Lastly if you had R100 000 in clients money in your back accounts everyday, you will be earning thousands of rands in multiple compounded interest earned. Hence you you *****ing clients money daily with no consequences.
