Bank account debited 3 times

On 17/08/2024 I did 1 deposit via Stitch however my bank account was debited 3 times. I contacted Hollywoodbets after waiting for more than 24 hours. The chat consultant now comes with 24-48 WORKING HOURS. This is not accepted!!!!!!!!! This is my money that you have ****** and now I must wait for up to 6 working days for MY MONEY to be returned to me!!!!!!!!!!! No! No! No! I am not accepting this and should my funds not be returned to me by the end of the 19/08/2024 I will be reporting HollywoodBets to the ombudsman as my next step.
