Bad Withdrawal Procedures

I have been submitting my Fica documents since December,

Over the last few days , I decided to play and eventually withdraw. Only to receive notification for outstanding Fica documents.

I proceed to upload and then receive a notification my documents have already been submitted.

Eventually search for alternative methods and send a email. I call the call centre who advises I need to resubmit as the copy is not clear.

I resend and a agent once again tells me to resend while on the line with me, this is all at my expense. As of now and countless resubmitting of my ID I am still unable to withdraw and still no feedback. My issue here is why is my money continues to be taken if my Fica documents are in error as they say.

There is no communication from Hollywoodbets regarding errors in Fica documents unless you call them.

From my side the photos submitted of my ID are clear and visible so I'm not sure what is going on here.
