Bad Withdrawal experience

I did a R200 and R100 instant money withdrawal from Hollywoodbets on Sunday the 31st October 2021, till today I’m still waiting. I’ve been trying to call them and they always hang up on me, firstly they asked me to send a selfie with my ID and I did that and still waiting for my money till today 06 November 2021

I have not received my money even now. And every time I call I am told that the money was sent even though I have not received it.
