Poor turnaround on queries and the helpline numbers listed on their website seem not to exist as per the message you get when you dial. I am disappointed.

08 Apr 2021, 13:43It's been 3 days now since I made a deposit to my account and it's still not reflecting. Despite numerous emails and attempts to call *** (of which I get a message saying the number doesnt exist), I have no joy. Surely this cant be the standard of your service.
