I have had it with this vetting site their inexperienced agents and unreliable services. Again I made an online deposit and confirmed with my banking app and it was never credited to my account despite providing proof of payments in pdf format like requested the insisted that it was credited providing a time sheet which is clearly irrelevant to me because I know exactly what I did. Further more I was told that they have made a decision which is to not take the case further for proper investigation and that it was final. Again I played zamafruits and staked on a round there was an inconvenience but the money was taken for that round and I saw the results but it was not credited I sent the agent on the chat a screenshot to prove that I was playing before that happened and right after that the agent named Anele C was brief and continued to say that there was no further investigation.
