Bad services and problems on there side

I've been waiting whole weekend to get helped after I won The game said reload while in free games one of there new games under leap where I won a 1353 and once I reloaded the game like I was told the money I won didn't reflect and everytime I message no one could help me up till today since Friday I'm waiting on my money to reflect like I was told I'm waiting and I tried again this morning yet they could do nothing
