I made a transfer from my bank account to hollywoodbets on Sunday up untill this my money is not credited to my hollywoodbet account or refunded to me. If I send them an email, their email doesnt go through it say it failed, when I called they say I must use that email that is giving a problem. Please help me get my R2300 back. I have proof that I did transfered that money to their account.
