BAD SERVICES

<p>i am kabelo kutlane and am from bloemfontein i was told by a friend about hollywood which i decided to try out,now as you know that bloemfontein is dominated by sotho speaking am a sotho speaking as well.i would like to bring it to your attention that i have recieved a bad service from your branch in springfield in which i was judged by the lanuage i speak by one of your constaltants who goes by the name of cindy.and this has taken place several times.i reconsider it as an abuse to me cause am discrimanated by my origin...its so sad to see that you guys spend a lot of money in marketing and public relations yet there people who are still hurting your brand as a business. </p> <p>there matter could have cost my life cause at that moment foreign nationals had just been attacked in the townships what if i could have been attacked as well just because i speak a different language.i have tried to call custamer care to make a complain.so far i have decided to stay away from hollywood. </p> <p> </p> <p>am greatly disaapointed that you allow you junior personnel to treat clients badly based on their origin.</p>
