Bad services

On the 2nd November i loaded a voucher on hollywoodbets but it said invalid which wasnt the case. I then found out that they are having a technical problem with that top up method and they admitted to it as well. However since then nobody wants to help me specifically and i keep getting the response that the technical team is working on it and i should keep refreshing, I've been patient and followed the instructions but it seems like customer care doesn't have any idea whats going on and quoting a script to me. Furthermore because of this, hollywoodbets will be sucking the money from people who play slots now to cover the cost of refunding our deposits, so i advise that nobody use this site until then. I want my issue to be resolved and i want a response that is specific to my situation not what is on the script for the general situation. Hollywood has a high level of incompetence when it comes to customer service and thats why they have disabled the online chat method. I really enjoy the slots but they have the worst customer service by far.
