BAD SERVICE ****!!

I have been unable to withdraw the money in my balance! I have submitted FICA documents with no feedback for weeks. I finally decided to call in and was told that the ID copy wasn't clear enough.(don't understand why this couldn't be communicated) I re-send a CLEAR copy multiple times to the email provided (***). I have had no response and I am still unable to withdraw my money. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS NOW! All I want is to withdraw my money and never use this stupid service again. Definitely moving to BETWAY. Worst service I have ever received!!!
