Bad service on withdrawals

What a frustrating service. I have emailwd, called more than 3 times, every time I call I have to explain same story as nothing is recorded. Am waiting for my Absa cash send withdrawal. Every time I am told to wait for 2 hours SMS will come through but nothing. Is this a ****? 3 days waiting, wow someone pls get back to me. I see they don't respond here which proves not a reputable business
