bad service on enail to correct a refrence mistake

made 3 R50 deposits and from my bank account and still not reflecting on my account. i did put in the wrong refference and emailed for assistance and still nothing. no help from anyone to fix this problem . very bad service. very unhappy. accidentely put hollywoodbets as ref. where it should have been ***
