Bad service, long ***** and absence of leadership

I am verry disappointed with service that is dropping not just dropping but it extreme bad at Hollywoodbet Durban Branch at West Street the staff attitude and long ***** and only to find that only 2 consultants helping in this ***** what make things worse is that I have once witness their service before with full staff that were attending to customers. I see lack of leadership and staff leaving long *****s going to breaks leave frustrated customers on their own. The brand is big, but it is disappointing the level of service that is being offered. Worse their computers that are not service always now working only few that are working even that few are being use by those playing online casino which make it hard for those who want to bet online using their computer for booker-bet or placing bet using their computer facility.
