Bad service / *********** staff

I when to Hollywood bets Boksburg to play horses like I do every day. The cashier, Abram whom is 80% of the time under the influence of alcohol smelled like a brewery. I placed a bet on #3 in Southwell race 1. Abram was struggling to help the next customer and I made way for the next customer. When I saw that Abram played #3 but in race 2 Southwell it was to late to correct the ticket as the race started already. How is it possible that nobody at the branch can never see that he is under the influence?? Maybe one day when he turns up sober they will realize that he is drinking. The staff are always eating at their computers whilst taking bets, why should punters watch staff having their chips and whatever when being served?? Complaints about this have been logged before but it seems only customers money is good enough and not how they are being served.
