Bad service I have ever had

I haven't been credited for the voucher I bought, I guess they want me to give up.and they did a good job cause wow I'm tired .But Hollywood bets their service is a Big No No. Imagine since from the 8/01/2024 up to this day my voucher hasn't been credited
