Bad service from Hollywoodbets call center

Bad service from Hollywoodbets, all customer service says is that it will be resolved in 48 hours but after 48 hours I have to call them back because no one calls or updates me. I have a query from the 29th of November 2023 and another one from October 2023. Today is the 14th of January 2024 and no update on both.
