Bad service from Hollywoodbets

I have been using my hollywoodbets account since last year and was able to make withdrawals until this year when I realized that the person who helped me create my account used his name instead of mine now I couldn't apload my FICA documents because of the name was different to my ID number. The manager suggested that I created a new account so that I can be able to apload my FICA and use my account again but there was funds on my old account and they promised to transfer the to the new account as soon I create a new account. Now that I created a new account I am not being assist its been 5 days now contacting their call center but I am not being helped!!! It bothers me because I have been using my own money for 2 years to fund that account now I have to start a new account with R0.00
