Bad service from Hollywoodbets

Dear peter my name is isaac,Im experiencing a bad service from Hollywoodbets I've withdrawn money on 6th of november using absa cashsend up until today i haven't got my money,I've called their comstomer service line they've been telling me I'll get my money before the end of the day and they were very rude to me because some of them hang up on me while I was giving them my details..hollywood is becoming a **** now when i lose they don't take time to take their money but they take time for payments
