BAD SERVICE FROM HOLLYWOOD BETS

They ficared my account before, i won and withdrew the money straight to my account, i load money again a month and won again, this time i cannot withdraw and it states my account needs to be fica again, i called their call centre held on the line for more than an hour to get through to an agent not willing to assist. Requested management was told he /she is not available. I requested a call back from management no call till this hour. They quick to take your money when you load but a ****** bull**** story to withdraw once you have won....
