Bad Service from Agent Luyanda

On the 19th Jan 2021, I phoned to make telephone bets for mega millions and I spoke to Luyanda. See below screenshot

As I was busy giving her my 3 number combinations, she wanted to confirm the numbers I placed and she mentioned 38 and I immediately corrected her saying its 48 and not 38.

Then she started getting impatient and rude. Then she started saying that my line is breaking and immediately terminated my call.

I phoned back again and she answered. I told her that I was not happy with the fact tgat she dropped my call. She was still rude and I asked for her to put me through her Team Leader. She took my details and advised that her manager will contact me. I then asked her to put me through to another agent who can assist me with the rest of my bets as I no longer wanted to be helped by her. She put me on hold until I dropped.

I have been waiting for the Manager to contact me and till today, no one contacted me. It’s clear that she never escalated the call.

I am really not happy with her unprofessionalism and total disregard. I spend my heart earned money and I can never allow anyone to disrespect me because even my own daughters respect me and I respect them as I they do. So I want this agent Luyanda to be dealt with and an update be provided to me.

This is not the first time a send through a complaint and I noticed that even though we escalate, Hollywood does nothing about this. So I decided on finally log a complaint on this platform.
