Bad service frm Hollywoodbets

I've been their client for the past 3years and most recently they don't want to pay my winnings. Since Sunday morning I've been requesting funds withdrawal that usually takes an hour or 2 to get wallet or standard bank voucher. I haven't received it as yet all they do is to sent me text stating that I must send them my selfie I did sent my selfie 5 times already by nothing. I want them to pay me my money asap
