Bad Service

I've been ignored since 14th Dec 2024.

Guys billed my card without the otp transactions and they confirmed there was failed payments which would automatically be refunded. Confirmed with my bank that they need to authorize the refunds so it can be released to my account. This has not be done yet. Their call center gives the most pathetic customer service all of them say they can't hear you and automatically hang up
