Bad service

I forgot my password. And it requires me to take a selfie which I am not able to for days as it says enable browser permission and I dont know what that is. I contact them on X and they tell me to take a picture of my ID and send it. While I am taking the pictures . Another message is send to inform me that I am not active so they will close the chat. Not even 3 minutes have passed. Like when do you expect me to take the selfie. I promise if I didn't buy the voucher already I would use other services
