Bad service

I have done a withdrawal request an absa cash send four days ago but still did not receive my voucher ,a spoke to a consultant and they said it's pending hence they say within 48hours but yet no voucher came to me ,the self service is poor because you request a call back and no one calls,u call then u spend so much air time but still no resolution.

I think this is poor because we spend so much money but they can't see to be helpful when it comes to your payments.
