Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Service From Agent Nokuthula and Team Leader Cama

Dear Hollywoodbets Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received from your agent, Nokuthula, and her team leader, Cama, during my recent interaction with your customer support department.

From the beginning of the call, Nokuthula was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to the issue I was trying to explain. Instead of allowing me to speak, she repeatedly spoke over me and showed no intention of assisting or understanding the problem.

When the matter was escalated to the team leader, Cama, I had hoped for a more professional and solution-driven approach. However, she joined the call already with an attitude, clearly influenced by the agent’s version of events. Rather than de-escalating the situation, she made it worse by continuing to dismiss my concerns without properly hearing me out.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the issue I raised has been resolved before for my sister, which means the request is neither new nor unreasonable. I am willing to provide my sister’s account information upon request so you can verify that the same matter was previously assisted without any difficulty.

I am disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism shown by both individuals and kindly request that this matter be investigated. I would appreciate feedback on the steps Hollywoodbets will take to address this complaint and prevent similar incidents in the future.
