Bad service

Lost over 100K and won R5700 on a slot and I was never credited. Logged a ticket around 19th December and have been following up and keep getting told its been escalted. Finally lost my **** and spoke to a teamleader and he said he will get his manager to sort this out. No issue taking my money but when I legit win something I have to struggle to get my winnings.
