Bad service

Hello Peter can you kindly speak to anyone..who deals with ***** and poor service.I deposited money on my Hollywood account on the 25-03-2022 ..and they took 13 Rands and made it as a bonus.. also **** about sending me my birthday gift . Yesterday I deposited again and my money is still not reflecting.. when I send them messages they ignore them . Their service sucks no respect at all for their customers
