bad service

I have winnings for seven hundred and managed to four hundred. I lost pin and Ten-digit numbers for three hundred and I have called them last week Friday and Monday till today not received message as promised. They told me the money available at my account, but they refused to send me another pin. They have tendency of not Sending message for withdrawal, because is for the third time after I have won try to call and wait for message.
