Bad service at Hollywoodbet call center
Bad service from Hollywoodbets I have a ticket that I have been querying from the 29th of October 2023. I have been calling the call center for the entire month and all I have been told is that my query is escalated and they will call me back. No one have called me back since the 29th of October. I keep calling them but I keep getting the same reply "we will escalate and get back to you". I have called more than 30 times. Who will refund the airtime I've used on the call center?

Regards, The Hollywoodbets Team" but no one from Hollywoodbets has been in contact with me, clearly there is no accountability from hollywoodbets customer service management. Even when they receive a complaint they can't call to say that we have received the complaint and provide an update.
