BAD SERVICE AND *****ULENT

I redeemed a voucher on Friday morning. The voucher never reflected on my account so I called Flash to ascertain whether the voucher had been redeemed to Hollywood account and they confirmed it was redeemed. I notified Hollywoodbets about the problem and after 3 days, 8 calls and 5 emails they have made no attempt to resolve my issue.
