Bad service and no feedback

My account number is 146177..i made a payment to my hollywoodbets account on monday for R250...3 days later still not reflecting.. Sent numerous emails and even called the call center who promised to resolve the issue but still no feedback not even a response to the emails sent.. Please refund my deposit and close my account asap.. This is terrible service.. Even i called the call center and wait more than 25mins at a time.
