Bad service and ****mers

I'm not happy with the service I got from hollywoodbets, my withdrawal didn't reflect for almost 4 days when I enquires they requested for my bank statement and I sent it but no one is communicating with me even today I haven't received my money and I always have to be the one calling them they don't give any feedback. I called today I requested to speak to a manager but instead they put me through to a supervisor who was very rude to me her was Thandiwe. I want to know am I not receiving my money for so many days, because normally they say the withdrawal can take up 24 to 48hrs and it has passed already.
