Bad service and Fica not done yet

I am so upset with these guys seriously, I register with them through a friend invite and started playing online games I won and couldn't get my money because of outstanding fica document I then sent an email and and I uploaded my documents, I then made fellow up, they told me my ID is being audited and I then went straight to the Alberton Branch and got helped by Melusi and he took my ID and copy of bank statement and told me that he has registered me and I should call the withdrawal department in the morning and give then the reference he provided me and still they told me that I have not been ficad it's been a week and and I haven't gotten help telephonically and at the Alberton branch
