Bad service and customer practice

I logged in my account and i was told that my account is inactive, i had to call hollywoodbets only to learn that my account is under audit and they will let me know when i can log in. Now , why was it not communicated to me in the 1st place? Everytime they feel like doing anything to my account theyll just do so without my knowledge? Is that even procedural?
