Bad service

This is not fair guys. I made an eft but did not add my Hollywood account with the impression that it was added already. I made a deposit in March and saved the details. Now I did the eft without checking the details. I called 6 times and I am not been assisted. Can somebody look in to my query and tell me if I am committing ***** or something. One minute they can see the money in to Hollywood Nedbank account awaiting authorisation to credit my Hollywood account the next thing they can’t see the money. I mean all I am asking is my account to be credited with the amount of money deposited that’s it
