Bad Service

I loaded r50 1voucher on the 07 October 2022 but my acc its still showing 0 balance the r50 never reflected on my account. i called 1 voucher call centre and they confirmed that the voucher was used on hollywoodbet on the 07oct. I tried calling hollywoodbet call centre and sending email to ***. was advised to send email to *** by the call centre consultant but email doesn't go through and there help desk *** are not responding as well.
