Bad service

Hollywoodbets is a well known betting operator. They took the betting world by storm,buying out its competitors, the company grew at a staggering rate,when they first started out they had great customer service, but now it is very poor,from experience their betting site always have issues either with the betting or deposits.as I write this review there's a problem with them processing Deposits,I did a deposit via fnb banking app into Hollywoodbets acc,something that clears instantly,at ten pass 6.till know nothing is reflecting, customer support was contacted, details was given,then I was told that they are having technical issues with there deposits and I must have patience, I must log back on in 24 hrs,yes that's right 24 hrs to see if my deposit reflected. Now my question is from now till then what exactly do I do,all the bets that I was surposed to take,other betting site offer you vouchers if you have been inconvenienced by their sites,take World sports betting if their site is down and you email help desk,they give you a voucher.customer is happy, not losing out on bets,but hollywoodbets will tell you please be patient, ok understandable if it happens once in a while,but every time,don't get me started on big race meetings, you have to get your bets in extra early because their site can't handle the amount of people trying to put their bets in at race time. Change your ways Hollywoodbets, lookafter your customers, they are the ones brought you this far in the game,bad service can make you loose customers
