Bad service

Hello, I just want to raise my frustration with hollywood bets, I have made a deposit of R1500 on the 14th August and that deposit hasn't reflected onto my account and also have sent all the necessary documents(Bank statement and proof of payment) to them for them to fast track where the money is located, till this date (22nd August), no one from the hollywood bets has ever contacted me to give me feedback of whats happening, I sent follow up emails but no-one is responding to my mail.
