Bad service

Yoh I deposited funds into my Hollywood account on the 27 Feb it didn't go through my account but deducted from my bank account.

I have been calling and even sending emails with pop but even now no assistance...it really socks

Their customer service is not on u get to be in the line for 30 to 45 mins but still no assistance 😒 😑 😕 Call center agent advised that I should send her the email directly but even now no assistance
