bad service

I don't know what is going on with Hollywood bets I'm trying to chat online 4 times and just wait for ever & when you phone help line you are caller no. 27 after 10 minutes u still caller 27 my complaint is I took 3 bets on Thursday 2nd Feb .... 2 horse racing & 1 sport betting & when I go to recent bets it says you haven't taken a bet recently so where is my bets gone too coz all bets are visible for 72 hours mine disappeared 33 hours & you can't get through to sort this Hollywood is getting bigger by the day & don't care about their loyal customers anymore pathetic betting provider going back to betway now
