Bad Service

I did withdrawal 29 May 2025 but no funds reflected in my account.They said it was paid so submitted my bank as proof. After replying to emails several times my ticket was closed.I had to send my statement again and I was given other ticket number.They said query will be solved after n hour but there is no feedback.And it's the second time this is happening.Hollywood is becoming worse by the day regarding customer service
