Bad service!

Made deposits in December and it went off my account, sent proof of payment to them and they are going back and forth with Ozow and FNB, my query was raised the 03 Janaury 2023 and still not resolved, I called Today at 11:12 and spoke to Mandisa Dlamini, I sent proof of payment again and she told me what I already know that they are speaking to Ozow, Ozow informed them that they need to get in contact with FNB, I requested to speak to a supervisor and conveniently he was " busy"
