Bad Service

I registered with Hollywood bets sometime in March.

I've loaded funds into my account from my bank account and now the problem is when I want to withdraw funds from my winnings I cannot due to Fica.

I have tried to load my documents online several times and the website keeps on loading and end my session. On the 2nd of April I sent my documents to Hollywood via email, and I received a response requesting for my clear Id copy.

I took a photo of my Id and explained on the email that due to the lockdown I can not provide them with a certified scanned copy.

Till today , I still have not received feedback from Hollywoodbets.
