Extremely disappointing handling of a R20,000 Zapper/Hollywoodbets deposit issue

I am extremely disappointed with how my deposit issue has been handled between Hollywoodbets and Zapper.

I made two R10,000 deposits (R20,000 in total) into my *** account using Zapper. The money was deducted from my bank account, but the 1 deposit did not reflect in my Hollywoodbets account.

Hollywoodbets is now saying that they can see one R10,000 deposit and are asking me to provide a bank statement showing both transactions.

What is particularly frustrating is that the money has left my account, yet I am being sent back and forth trying to prove where the money has gone. I should not have to spend hours resolving an issue between two payment platforms when I have already provided evidence of the transactions.

The communication and handling of this matter have been extremely frustrating. I expect the matter to be properly investigated between Zapper and Hollywoodbets and for the missing R10,000 to be traced and credited or refunded.

I hope this complaint gets the attention of someone who can actually resolve the matter rather than simply asking me for the same information repeatedly.
