Bad Service

You really suck as a business. I cannot be on hold for over 30min for your call center to tell me they can't assist they need to transfer me to another department. That is so low and very bad service. This airtime I am using I didn't borrow it I bought it. I bought a voucher at ShopRite and it is not even loading. To get help for such i am being send from one person to the other. That's *******
