Bad service
So I have been trying to activate my girlfriends account for 2 weeks now I've exhausted all the options calling, sending emails nothing has been done a lady by the name Nomali Mkhize just disappeared on me as she was the one who tried to help me, after everyone there is asking for documents non stop... Hollywoodbets is a mess.

13 Apr 2021, 19:00After my post Hollywoodbets called pretending to be there to help me they asked for my ID Document to process my girlfriends account, I did send it to them 24 is gone but the account is still inactive a lady by the name Nomali Mkhize again asked me to send my ID today . This is pathetic
