Bad Service

I've Been trying to withdraw my money but weren't getting the full details of the withdrawal(pins) I requested that they do a reversal of my money so I can withdraw using a different method and its been almost 3 weeks and still haven't received it . Every time I call in they tell me I should wait 24-48 hours and I should get it but none of this is happening .
