Bad online betting platform

I have been struggling to get myself verified with my ID and picture on their online registration site for more than 2 weeks now. I see many people complaining about the same issue. I have played a little bit and won some money, now I want to see if it actually pays out, but I am not able to register the FICA side, as they are requesting this. I have phoned them, and all they keep saying is that your picture is not good enough or the picture of your ID is not clear enough. I find that to be *******, as I can't believe that of all the pictures I have taken over the last 2 weeks, none is good enough? How can you advertise your company so much but be so bad at service delivery when it comes to verifying people so that they can access the money that they win? This is the worst online betting service there is by far. If I get asked by anybody about Hollywoodbets, I will not hold back about the terrible red tape to get your money out, unless they can prove me wrong.
