Bad excuse for not paying clients

I called the call centre for help twice and both times excuse because of it being the weekend that games have not been resulted or I'm in a que to get paid out.english and Spanish soccer is broadcasted all over the world and to wait over 4hours to get paid is sad.you talk about service this really sucks.i spend thousands a day to have to wait like this is poor.systems or competent staffing handling sporting resulting should be 1st priority.if this continues hollywood should quit while there ahead.there are far quicker services than this.
